Red White Green Led Christmas Lights

Red White Green Led Christmas Lights | One of the things you often read about LED light bulbs, is that their beam angle is narrower as opposed to old fashion incandescent light bulbs, and even as opposed to newer CFLs.

What performs this mean and is it a challenge?

The beam angle is the angle at which light is directed from the lamp. So a tiny angle of 20 degrees will be appropriate for an area light, focusing light on only one small area. If you want more general lighting, spreading light more than a whole room, a greater angle of perhaps 90 degrees will be preferred. In most domestic lighting situations beam angles of 30-45 degrees are sufficient to light an area comfortably.

Some LEDS are available in a variety of beam angles from 15, 30, 40, 45, 60, 90, to 120 degrees. What this means is that there is a lot of choice on the market, sometimes so much choice that it gets confusing for the buyer. You can will no longer just grab a lamp from the supermarket shelf. There are decisions to become made!
